Half Scale Sunday House Dollhouse

 A special little project for Christmas was this half scale dollhouse. It's called Sunday House.

I usually work in 1 inch scale(1/12) and have only created a few half scale dollhouses. 

I wanted to see if my Paris style houses could be converted to 1/2 scale easily. I think it was successful!

This particular dollhouse is not available for purchase as it was made for someone. But I hope to make another one for my Etsy shop soon. 

Celebration Cottage 1/12 Custom Dollhouse

 Celebration Cottage is a 1 inch scale custom dollhouse handmade from scratch.

This house is 14  1/2" deep x 12  1/2" across x 16" tall.  

Inside is 14" tall x 10 1/4" across x 11 1/8" deep. Porch is 3" deep.

State of Grace Cottage Custom Dollhouse

 State of Grace Cottage is a 1/12 scale dollhouse made by hand and from scratch. No kits just my drawings onto wood and cut out. 

This house is measures 16 3/4" tall x 12" across x 16" deep. The interior space is 13 3/4" tall x 11" across x 13 5/8" deep. 

This was originally a screened door. But I glued a piece of transparent plastic in its place. 

The switches and batteries for the 2 lights and the fireplace are hidden in the chimney.

The floors and the mantel wall are pickled wood. While the rest of the house is aged white plaster.
