My new house is French Kiss, a 1/12 scale custom dollhouse with lots of French flair.
This house measures 15 1/2" deep x 16 1/2" across x 20 1/2" tall.
The interior is for downstairs including the conservatory : 12" deep with an extra 1" at the door. 15 1/2" across x 8 1/4" tall. The conservatory by itself is 4 1/4" x 11" deep x 9 3/4" at the tallest part.
The upstairs is 11 3/8" x 11 3/4" x 8 1/2" tall.
The little sunrooms are the best!! They make the house a lot more alive!
