This is Lettres D'Amour custom dollhouse. This is a 1:12 scale miniature made by hand from my own designs. No kits used.
The dollhouse is 20 3/4" tall x 19 3/4" across x 17 3/4" deep.
Downstairs is 9 3/4” tall x 19” across x 15” front to back.
The entry room 8" across. The area behind the stairs is 10 1/8". The area in front of the stairs is 4 3/8". The larger room is 11” across.
The upstairs is 8 3/8” tall at the highest point. The area at the landing is 3". Behind the stair opening is 6 1/2". The smaller room is 7 3/4” across. The larger room is 10 3/4” across.
