A Toast to Love 1/12 Scale Custom Dollhouse

 A Toast to Love is ready! This 1 inch scale dollhouse is made from scratch from my own designs.

This house  measures 15 1/4" deep x 16 1/2" across x 20 3/4" tall.

The interior is for downstairs including the conservatory : 12" deep with an extra 1" at the door. 16" across x 8 1/2" tall. The conservatory by itself is 4 1/4" x 11" deep x 9 3/4" at the tallest part.

The upstairs is 11 1/4" x 12" x 8 1/4" tall.

Maison Creme Brûlée 1/12 Custom Dollhouse

This house is 21 1/2" across x 21 1/4" tall x 18" deep.

The downstairs interior measures 20" x 16 1/8" x 8 3/4" tall.

From the front of the stairs to the front wall is 5 3/8".

The back wall behind the stairs is 10 1/8".

The entry is 7" x 8 1/2".

Upstairs is 20" x 16 1/4 x 8 3/4" tall overall.

The space at the stair landing is 4 1/4". On the otherwise, from the stairwell to the front wall is 6 3/4".

The partition wall is 7 3/4".  The upstairs larger room is 12 1/4 x 16 1/4". The smaller room is 7 5/8" x 16 1/4"

Peony Manor Custom 1/12 Scale Dollhouse

 Another pink dollhouse. Peony Manor is a little more over the top! But in all the right ways.

It is painted in antique white , signature Cinderella Moments rose and a bit of gold for an unmistakably feminine style.

This house is measures 21" tall x 21 1/2” across x 17 1/2” deep.

The downstairs interior measures: 20" x 16 1/8" x 8 3/4" tall.

From the front of the stairs to the front wall is 5". The back wall behind the stairs is 10".

Upstairs overall is 20" x 16  1/4" x 8  3/4" tall. The partition wall is 8 1/4" long.

Upstairs larger room: 12 1/4" x 16 1/8" x 8 3/4" tall.

Upstairs smaller room: 7”  across

The space at the stair landing is 4  1/4". On the other side to from the stairwell to the front wall is 6 3/4".
