The result was fabulous!
All you need is 1 ingredient: Original Gorilla Glue.
I filled the pot a quarter of the way and in about 6 hours it made this terrific boiling over effect in a bouillon color.
It dries hard with those bubbles permanently set. After I filled my pot a fourth of the way, I placed a spoon in it. I also put the steam at the same time. This is just pillow stuffing/filler. I used the end of a brush to make sure the "steam" touched the glue. I placed the pot on a paper towel just in case it spilled over too much while the glue dried.
Hugs,
Caroline
Wow, what an awesome discovery you made! It looks exactly like boiling over soup! I just got my miniature trailer a few days ago, I'm not sure when I'm going to start it but I'm excited:)
ReplyDeleteI hope you're enjoying life in your beautiful new home Caroline! Hugs:)

Me encanta el efecto,es genial!!!!! Aunque desconozco esa cola, creo que aquí no se vende.
ReplyDeleteBuen experimento!!!!
Besos.
Very smart Caroline. The possibilities are numerous too. You could put the tiniest amount in a mug maybe, paint it white & have hot cocoa with whipped cream, shaving cream in a shaving mug, a bubble bath maybe? Luckily since I build small furniture I always have gorilla glue on hand. I'm anxious to experiment with it. Let me know if you try any of my ideas.
ReplyDeleteCaroline, what a great find, the result looks great! But..........I also think it's a "waste" of the delicious soup OL ;)!
