Lanhardt Custom Dollhouse Finished

This is Landhardt House finished.
This dollhouse is 22 3/4" across x 15 1/2" deep x 19 1/2" tall.
The colours of the exterior are cream, taupe, white and pink for the flowers.

This was a special request birdhouse. I did not glue it down because of shipping.
The plaster has exposed bricks underneath showing through in certain spots.

I love the way the roof looks so complex. It is a challenge getting all those angles to line up!

All the colours inside are very neutral. There are walls with just plaster in case the new owner wants to add wallpaper.

This is the living room with a working mantel. It's 10 3/4" x 7 1/4".
This addition is 3 3/4" x 8 1/4".
 The entry is 5 1/2" x 4 1/8".

The kitchen is 5 1/" x 10". It has the long wall for kitchen appliances.
The side addition here is 10 1/4" x 4".
This nook is 5 7/8" x 4 1/2".
The upstairs is 13 1/2" wide.  The room on the left is 5 1/2" x 10 1/2". The longer room is 14 3/4" x
5 3/4".

Thank you so much for taking the time to look at this latest commission.
hugs,

  8. Hi Caroline,
Oh My goodness......yet another sweet and charming lil house. So cute...always love these rose covered cottages. Great job as always.
So how was your Christmas?? Did yall go away or stay home this year? Can't believe it is almost a month behind us....yet it seems longer ago than that.
We stayed home but went to visit our daughter and son--in-love in January, we
just got back about 4 days ago. We had our own lil Christmas which was fun...
and they left their decorations up for us too, so it was fun to get to see
    their decorations too.
Well, take care and have a good weekend hon,
    Blessings,
    Nellie

  10. I have really enjoyed seeing how your floor plans have evolved over the years. It is amazing how much space you have gotten out of a small footprint and how light and airy the house is, yet still warm and comfortable.

  13. Hi Caroline, still loving all your designs and tutorials. I would like to know what type of glue you use to attach the vines to the house. I have tried tacky and Elmer's glue but the vines just fall off. Is hot glue the answer. I will certainly appreciate some guidance. Thank you so much. Susan
