This is the massive wall of shelf in my office. I used ikea white boxes on there.
The front window is massive. And the ceiling has beams. I'm telling you, God went all out for me here! Everything on my list is in this house. Could only be from the good Lord.
This is the view from my office. It's a pond with fountain/park. The yards are huge with big fences.
I lived in a house I disliked for 5 1/2 years. But I stayed in faith knowing God was working on it. And boy did he deliver! This is the view from my office. It's a pond with fountain/park. The yards are huge with big fences.
My message is keep believing. Your miracle is on it's way. It may take longer than you want. But when it comes it will be incredible. Trust me!
I already had plans for my next dollhouse. Here's a sketch. So now that we're all settled I get to start the work. I gathered my materials. For the walls I use birch plywood sheets that are 1/8" x 12" x 24". The foundation is bass strips that are 3/16" x 1" x 24".
I received gifts too! Thank you Monica and Elena Nikitina!
This is Elena's gift:She sent me her new book. It's in russian. But the pictures explain everything. And it's soooo good!!
Isn't this amazing work?
Elena's adorable little bear! I have been in love with her little animals since she started making them. Now I have one!
The bucket and pitcher are so cottage cute!
Look at this tea set!
Perfection!
My stash of gifts from talented bloggers is growing! One day they will all be in one house. For now I'm keeping everything labeled in a box so it stays safe. Thank you Elena Nikitina! Thank you Monica! Your gifts are so generous and beautiful. I'm the luckiest girl ever!

ReplyDeleteLovely! It is so refreshing to hear from someone who knows how blessed she is. So few do. I am hoping for a much more humble abode, but I will be just as grateful when I'm there. Congratulations on your new home.
ReplyDeleteDon't limit God to giving you "humble". He is all things and can give you all things. Even better than mine. This is something I learned. We always want to just get by. But that's not what God wants for you. I can't wait to hear that you got your blessing and how amazing it is! I'm blessed to have you reading my blog too!

Oh Caroline Im so happy for you the house is gorgeous! the office is amazing! God is truly a good God!!!
ReplyDeleteYour new house is beautiful, Caroline!!! I love the office too. Fantastic view.
ReplyDeleteAnd Elena gifts are so cute.
I'll repeat this again...I've read all of your posts, but I just can't post comments with my phone. Your link to post comments doesn't work. So I left my comfortable place to get to my laptop to write this.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your wonderful home Caroline, but trust me, it's not God to give it to you. For as much as you love him and for as much as you pray for him, he will not give you a wonderful house just because.....No, It doesn't work like that. Do you know how many poor people dream and pray of that? You made your dream come true, with your work, effort and sweat. Probably yours and your husbands. We make our dreams come true by working hard, not just by dreaming or praying. That alone doesn't work. So instead of praising God, praise yourself, your family, for all the hard work you put in to achieve your dream.....there is nothing bad in doing so. It's the reality Caroline. Well done for your wonderful house and for working towards it to get it. I'm sure you will be happy to wake up in the morning and wanting to start work as soon as possible with a studio and view like that one. All your gifts are so cute and I'm sure you will find a good use for them.
Congratulations again for achieving your Cinderella Dream!!! Big hugs!!
Hi Simona! I guess we disagree greatly here. Perhaps one day you will know what I am speaking of.
DeleteI have not received a single opportunity on my own. It has all been by the grace of God. On my own I can accomplish tiny goals. With God I can accomplish all my dreams and so much more than I could ever think possible.
I believe receiving blessings does not come from begging God for something like a house. It comes from believing in Him, serving Him and having a pure heart. It's not for me to judge others and why they don't receive. That's between them and God. I can only tell you what happened to me. As I increased my faith in God, blessings started to chase me down. The things that happened to me are out of this world and could no longer be considered coincidences. What would you have to loose by believing in this all loving Being? Why not believe someone greater than you can imagine wants to do good for you? The alternative is believing in darkness. And this is not my way as you can see by my creations. God has given me a gift to bring beauty to this world. To bring a little light. I believe in God and I serve Him to the best of my abilities.
This is just my opinion, my life and my way. I don't ever mean to force anyone to think the same way I do. I just thought I'd mention how it happened to me. Just in case someone wanted to know. :)
as always big hugs ♥ and lots of love to you and your family,
Caroline
The house is amazing!I wish you to be really happy in it! We are going to move too, to a bigger house as we'll have a baby soon. We both wanted it so much, that we even didn't believe in it at first, even though I had all the symptoms from this article: http://rocketparents.com/first-symptoms-of-pregnancy/.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Mia! That's the ultimate miniature! All the best to you!
Deletehugs♥,
Caroline
