Maison Francaise is done.
This house is 1/12 scale. It measures 20 1/4" tall x 15 1/4" deep x 17 1/4" across. There is a light above the door.
There are 2 bump out sections- one for the entry and one for a little studio or sunroom.
The exterior is aged plaster.
I kept a very neutral and sophisticated simple palette for this house- greys and whites.
The batteries and switches are hidden in the chimney. One push switch is for the lights and the other is for the fire in the fireplace mantel.
The bump out has massive windows for extreme amounts of light and peaking!
Let's look inside. It's a classic interior that will go with any décor.
Inside the walls are plaster well aged. There is a coffered ceiling and crystal chandeliers.
The bump out has a "tin" ceiling.
A fire in the fireplace mantel to keep you warm.
The entry is a separate bump out so the door swinging open does not impede on the interior space.
The upstairs is also full of light.
Thank you so much for visiting! It's back to commissions for me now. I'll list this house in my shop if you are interested.
Aside from being a very cute house, the workmanship is wonderful. All of the details give the house esthetics that any miniaturist will love and value. Bravo.ReplyDelete
