Heavenly Cottage Custom Dollhouse 1/12 Scale

I made a little house. Just one room inside. And a covered porch for good measure!
This house is 15 1/4" deep x 12 1/2" across x 16 1/4" tall.
Inside is 13 3/4" tall x 10" across x 11" deep.
The outside has bricks and plaster with a stone foundation under the porch.
Flowers and vines are linked on my "Resources" page.
For this house I chose a screen door. I found it at Hobby Lobby and waited to use it on the perfect project.
It has such nice details.  I made the door knobs with beads I painted with white nail polish.

The porch roof is covered with ridged cardboard. You can find this in the scrapbook section. It's painted grey, silver, highlighted with white and aged with brown ink.

Here you see the plaster/brick detail.

Inside is a nice open space. It's feminine yet very neutral with grey tones and white.
I made a big gold chandelier.  It has real glass beads.
This french paneling wall is done by layering paint and white glue. Then aged with brown ink pads. You can use a brush to get the ink into those tight corners.

The wallpaper has pale pink roses.
I tried out furniture in there just to see what it would look like.
This is the furniture from Founder's Lane Cottage which is available here: https://www.etsy.com/cinderellamoments/listing/702347786/founders-lane-cottage-custom-dollhouse?utm_source=Copy&utm_medium=ListingManager&utm_campaign=Share&utm_term=so.lmsm&share_time=1566342280853

  4. It's a great project with so many details to appreciate: I love the screen door and you did a really nice job with all of the foliage around the exterior. The interior shabby chic color palette is great too! Nice photos - thanks for the post.

My question to you is, how do you make the plaster/brick walls on the exterior? I love that look!!
