The Kotton Kandy New Orleans Shabby Chic dollhouse is for sale again! Just like a real house, the sale fell through!! After some thought, Deborah decided she didn't know how her doll would look in the dollhouse. I'm not a doll owner myself, so I told her if she had doubts she should probably restrain from this purchase. She's not familiar with the 12" scale. Her doll is almost 6" tall. Anyone out there know if this is the right size for a 12 inch scale?
Available at: CINDERELLA MOMENTS
That's a pity, this sure is a pretty house. It's easy to work out the relativity of sizing, 1:12 scale = 1 inch to 1 foot so a doll that is a bit under 6" would be a bit under 6' in "real life" - I think it's safe to assume that the doll is the correct scale.ReplyDelete
Thanks Norma! I told her that the other dolls were the same size. Well who knows she might change her mind.ReplyDelete
Sheesh, if I had the money I'd buy and then I'd find a doll to live in it!!!ReplyDelete
Your little house is so adorable. I really like the way that it turned out. I have been watching the prccess and enjoyed it. Thank you so much for stopping by my blog. it means a lot to me right now. Have a great day. Your Missouri Friend.ReplyDelete
What a shame! :(ReplyDelete
Well obviously, it has not found the right owner, yet. :)
I believe most miniature female dolls are around 5 1/2", she would just be a tall female, and that happens in real life, too.
Better to have someone completely in love with your creation than not. :)
Siento que no haya salido bien la compra.ReplyDelete
Si tuviese dinero me la quedaba y seguro que conseguiria la muñeca ideal para esa fantastica casa.
