Victorian Beach Cottage Dollhouse

This is the wreath I made for the door. I used tiny shells I brought back from Florida.
I made the shingles very light gray. I mixed white, a little black and water to make a very liquid wash.
I decided to make a little trellis. I put some twine knots on it. The trellis is pieces of bamboo from a place mat.
I made these roses from hand dyed cotton cut into star shapes, fold in half and give a twist and you have a little rose!
This is how it all looks so far.

  1. I love the trellis, what a wonderful touch that was! I love your little roses, I need to try something for that for the arbor in my fairy garden but I doubt they'd turn out like yours!!!
