Joie de Vivre Custom Dollhouse

 Joie de Vivre is a custom, handmade from scratch French vintage farmhouse in 1/12 scale. No kits and no lasers are used. Everything is made by hand. 

This dollhouse measures 17 1/4" side to side x 16" front to back x 19 3/4" tall. The interior is 

downstairs: 16 1/2" across x 14 1/2" deep x 8 3/4" tall. The entry is 4 1/2" across x 3" deep x 13" tall. The veranda addition is 4 1/2" across x 11 1/2" deep x 10 1/4" tall at the tallest part. 

Upstairs is 11 1/2" across x 11 3/8" deep x 8 1/2" tall.
