A Beach Theme Tote

While looking for a missing piece of jewelry, I found another bag to finish. I had totally forgotten about this tote. I decided to give it a beach theme.
I have these fabulous sea stars all over the house and I decided to put one on a bag. With the roses and satin ribbons I think it looks very romantic.

A Shabby Chic Dollhouse Coffee Table

I made the coffee table! That was too much fun to resist.
This is myfavorite detail. I made a needlepoint little sampler. It's a work half done with french knot roses. I used a little piece of wire that I glued into the fabric and attached the string to it.
I made the nest from moss and stuck 3 pearls as eggs. That's a little notepad in front of the nest.
These little projects are very addictive!

The Etsy Artist's Dollhouse Desk

Recently, I went Cynthia''s blog Cynthia's Cottage Design and saw her amazing Miniature Pantry. It's amazing! So I decided to try out my own little miniature diorama. I made a desk. This is my Etsy desk. With all the envelopes, a painting in progress, fabric, twine... you know, all the stuff you need for your little Etsy shop!
I wasn't going to glue everything down, but that would have been too many little things. So I did glue! I put the tiny seashells on some old looking letters. There's plenty of envelopes and postcards.
The desk top use to be able to close, but I have so much stuff on there that it's not going to anymore(just like my real desk!)
The top doors don't close. I'm a little disappointed about that. But when I tried to hand them they looked weird and didn't close properly. So I glued them in place.
In this top section, I put little books(some have pages), a package ready to ship to an Etsy customer, seashell, a crown, a CinderellaMoments pink glitter pumpkin, and fabric bolts.
I used screen on the doors and light blue and white scroll wallpaper on the background.
This is the little shabby chic chair with some roses on the backrest. I put a little bouquet wrapped in brown paper on the seat.
That was fun to make! I might make a little coffee table next also full of stuff. We'll see!!

The Artist's Cottage Dollhouse

I got the artist's cottage dollhouse done.

The  rose paintings were very easy to do. The potted flowers are all fabric I dyed and cut into a 5 petal shapes.
The things on the table are all glued down. I didn't want anything to get lost.

The curtains are a very light pink tint cotton. They have cream bows.

I listed this dollhouse in my Etsy shop. And I'm ready for the next idea to come!

The Shabby Chic Barn

I made another barn! I had this idea pop into my head while I worked on Ann's barn. So here are some pictures:
